We accept returns, refunds & exchanges only if:
– a defective item
– an incorrect item

We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind

Please read our policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Handbags must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and receipts intact.
Sale or clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the item was purchased with a discount or promo code, the refund will reflect the discounted amount paid.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different colour or style, subject to availability.
If the preferred item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect handbag, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will arrange for free return shipping and send you a replacement or refund.

5. How to Return or Exchange

Email us (bluxe.ent87@gmail.com) with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if defective).
We will provide the return address and instructions.
Ship the item back in secure packaging.
Once inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange it with a new one.
